No refunds, no returns

All works sold on luckycharm.online are digital files delivered immediately after purchase. Because the file is available to you the moment payment is completed, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, exchanges and cancellations are not possible.

Why

A digital download cannot be returned. Once the file has been delivered, it cannot be given back or withdrawn from your possession. For this reason, no right of withdrawal or cancellation applies to purchases made on this site, and by completing your purchase you expressly agree to immediate delivery and to the loss of any right of withdrawal.

Before you buy

Please look closely at the preview of the work and read the description before completing your purchase. Every work is shown as it is delivered. If anything is unclear, ask us first — we are happy to answer questions before you buy, but not to reverse a purchase afterwards.

Technical problems

If your download link does not work, or the file you received is damaged or incomplete, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will send you a working file. This is a replacement of the delivered file, not a refund.
