1. Who we are

luckycharm.online is operated by The Ministry of Good Taste / Raphael Dudler, Linth-Escher-Weg 3, 8856 Tuggen, Switzerland, contact@luckycharm.online.
The works offered on this site are created by the Swiss conceptual artist W. T. Falscher. His interests are represented exclusively by The Ministry of Good Taste.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every purchase made on luckycharm.online and to the use of this website. By placing an order you accept them. Our Licence and Use terms and our Refund and Returns Policy form part of these terms.

3. What we sell

All works on this site are digital A4 artworks, delivered as image files for download. Nothing is shipped physically. No frame, no paper, no print is included — you receive a file and print it yourself.

4. Prices and payment

Each work costs CHF 35, unless stated otherwise on the product page. All prices are in Swiss francs. Payment is processed by our payment provider Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your order is binding once payment is completed.

5. Delivery

Delivery is immediate and digital. After successful payment you receive a download link. Download links may be limited in time or in the number of downloads for security reasons — please save the file to your own device once you have it. If a download fails, see our Refund and Returns Policy for how we replace the file.

6. Your rights to the work

What you may and may not do with a purchased file is set out in full in our Licence and Use terms. In short: unlimited printing for your own private use is permitted, trade in any form is not. All works remain the intellectual property of W. T. Falscher.

7. No refunds

All sales are final. Because the files are delivered immediately, refunds, returns and cancellations are not possible. The details, including your consent to immediate delivery, are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Availability of the site

We do our best to keep this site running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Works may be added, changed or withdrawn from the shop at any time. Withdrawal of a work does not affect files you have already purchased.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of this site or of the files purchased here, including any loss caused by failed downloads, printing results, or the colour rendering of your own printer. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

10. Content and intent

The works on this site are art. They are made to amuse, to provoke and to make you think. They are not advice, not endorsement, and not a statement of fact about any person, brand or product. Any resemblance to real objects, beliefs or superstitions is entirely the point.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this site at the moment of your purchase applies to that purchase.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising from them is Schwyz, canton Schwyz, Switzerland.
